Six flavors. Where would you begin?

A flavor range is easier to explore when you give yourself a starting point. You do not have to predict a permanent favorite. Choose one familiar name, decide what you are curious about, and make a selection that answers a small question. SHAKE has six options to work with.

April 2026 is this article’s edition in our 2026 series, not an earlier publication date.

Mint, or a berry you already like

Mint is the direct starting point if a mint flavor is what you are looking for. If berry flavors catch your attention first, compare Blueberry and Strawberry. Their names give you a useful way into the range without requiring a tasting chart.

A familiar flavor name is a starting preference, not a guarantee that two products from different brands will taste identical. Give the SHAKE version its own first impression. Your own response matters more than matching somebody else's list of favorites.

Passion Fruit, Watermelon, Coffee Tobacco

Passion Fruit and Watermelon offer two more fruit choices beyond the berries. If you want to explore across the lineup, either can occupy the curious slot next to a familiar Mint, Blueberry, or Strawberry.

Curious about Coffee Tobacco? Give it one spot alongside a fruit or Mint choice, then decide whether it earns a repeat. Check the product information and pack for ingredient details.

Give each spot a purpose

For a three-stick exploration, try one familiar choice, one different choice, and either a repeat or a third flavor. Mint, Strawberry, and Watermelon is one example. Blueberry, Strawberry, and Blueberry is another: repeating a flavor is allowed, and variety is optional.

These are selection suggestions, not blends. Each SHAKE is a separate complete device with its own installed core. MIX & MATCH lets you combine sticks in one selection; it does not mean opening devices or mixing their contents.

A short note beats a complicated score

When you have tried a flavor, write down something useful: would choose again, prefer alongside Mint, or curious to compare with another berry. A personal note gives you a reason for your next selection without pretending that flavor preference is an objective ranking.

If six choices still feel like too many, use the flavor finder to narrow the starting selection. You can review and change the suggested mix before saving it. Every spot remains your choice.

Make your next choice a little easier.
