Your first SHAKE: three small moves

A new product should not turn your first minute into a guessing game. SHAKE has a short sequence: shake, adjust, inhale. Learn those movements once, then use the final pack instructions as your reference. The aim is to understand the device before deciding which flavor you want next.

February 2026 is this article’s edition in our 2026 series, not an earlier publication date.

Start with the complete device

SHAKE arrives as a ready-filled disposable stick with the flavor core installed. There is no separate core to fit, no liquid refill to add, and no battery to charge. Check the flavor name and read the pack information before use.

Keep the distinction between using and modifying clear. Rotating the base is the intended draw adjustment; opening the body or adding your own substances is not part of the SHAKE routine. The product is designed around its supplied format.

01. Give it a shake

Shake before use to move the flavor beads inside. The operation film shows the motion close up, followed by the base adjustment and draw, so you can see the whole sequence together.

Keep the three steps in mind: shake, adjust, inhale. Watch the short demonstration before getting started, and follow your pack's directions each time you use SHAKE.

02. Turn the base, then compare

Rotate the base to adjust the draw. Make one small adjustment, try the setting, and decide whether you prefer it. This gives you a clearer comparison than changing the setting repeatedly before taking a draw.

Keep the flavor the same while learning the adjustment. If you switch from Mint to Strawberry and turn the base at the same time, you have changed two things. Working with one variable at a time makes your own preference easier to describe.

03. Inhale, and give yourself a moment

Inhale through the mouthpiece as directed on the pack. You are getting familiar with the flavor and airflow, so there is no score to beat and no need to force the experience. Stop if use feels uncomfortable.

Afterward, ask two straightforward questions: do I like this flavor, and do I like this draw setting? Those answers are more useful for your next selection than trying to match somebody else's reaction. Watch the full demonstration if you want to revisit any of the three movements.

Make your next choice a little easier.
